RunLocker | Brand Identity, Campaign & Merchandise

RunLocker was created to help runners stay motivated, discover new products, and feel connected to a larger community through a curated monthly subscription experience. More than a product delivery service, the goal was to build a brand that encouraged consistency, momentum, and progress, one box at a time.

As founder and creative lead, I developed the brand from the ground up, shaping everything from the visual identity and packaging system to marketing materials, merchandise, and digital experiences. The challenge was to create a brand that felt energetic and motivational while remaining practical and relevant to everyday runners.

At the center of the identity is a custom wordmark featuring an integrated lock icon, reinforcing the brand’s core idea of Unlock Greatness. The visual system was designed to inspire action, using bold typography, vibrant color, and authentic photography to reflect the realities of training, improvement, and personal achievement. Every touchpoint, including the packaging and motivational inserts included in each delivery, was created to strengthen the connection between the brand and its community.

More than a subscription box, RunLocker was designed as a platform for encouragement and accountability. The result was a distinctive fitness brand built around a simple belief: progress isn’t defined by a single achievement, but by the momentum created through showing up consistently over time.
