The design challenge was to transform a highly technical subject into an experience that felt accessible, structured, and easy to navigate. The report needed to support both quick reference and deeper exploration, allowing readers to absorb complex information without feeling overwhelmed.

A clear visual system was developed around strong information hierarchy, generous use of whitespace, and large-scale data visualizations. Distinct color blocking helped organize content into manageable sections, while illustrations, pull quotes, and callouts created moments of pause throughout the report. Rounded graphic elements, combined with Workiva’s established brand language, reinforced a sense of clarity and approachability without compromising credibility.

The result is a publication that turns regulatory complexity into a clear and engaging narrative, helping readers focus less on deciphering information and more on understanding what it means for their business.
