Caledonia | Brand Identity

Caledonia, located in the vibrant Upper East Side of Manhattan, is a cozy and inviting spot that blends a relaxed atmosphere with sophistication. Its warm wooden decor and moody ambiance make it the perfect place to unwind after a long day or catch up with friends over drinks. The bar offers an impressive selection of whiskey, separated by region, cocktails, wine, and craft beer.

The challenge was to rebrand Caledonia and retain its Scottish roots. A customized serif was developed along with an ornamental device framing it elegantly, encapsulating warmth, tradition, and excellence. A sign was made for the bar's exterior and a decal for the window at the front of the bar. A "Bible" was also designed featuring the vast selection of whiskey's. The rebrand was a success, and the owner opened a sister Caledonia location parallel to the Upper West Side.
