The diversity and inclusion toolkit for Morgan Stanley is for managers to help them cultivate and foster more inclusive conversations and behaviors in the workplace. I led the design and visual approach, creating a clean and professional layout that makes the content accessible, actionable, and engaging. The overlapping silhouette motif, which appears on both the cover and interior, represents intersectionality, community, and the strength that comes from diverse perspectives.
A strong color palette and a clear typographic hierarchy ensured readability while upholding the brand’s polished corporate tone. The result is a toolkit that feels human, thoughtful, and aligned with Morgan Stanley’s ongoing commitment to equity and inclusion.
